Happy Hour Again

Partied a bunch last weekend. Asenath’s party was full of goofiness, her roommate Ian and his friend Jen and her friend Anne-Marie are a total riot. We had a dance-off in Ian’s room, me vs. Asenath to “Beat It” and Ian said I scored more on the applause-o-meter but I disagree I think Asenath got bigger response I bet Ian was just not wanting to look biased towards his roommate. Eitherhow it was wild fun. Saturday me and TheAmazingJB went to the ICA and tried to see the aircraft carrier at the docks but closest we could get was about a mile from it but still my god that thing is impressive. Back to my place we made quick alfredo fettuccine dinner before people came over for pre-Toast drinks, that all fun and good I was pretty sloshed by the time we walked over to the club; the placed was nicely crowded and had a great vibe to it, a quarter of the crowd were normal-lookin, a quarter hipster, a quarter goth and the rest just from all over (plus celebrities – Freezepop in da house!), I was telling someone how it looked like club scene from the movies where people from every culture-segment are there and everyone’s having a great time, the way clubs really should be, you know? Saying hi to DJ Chris he asked me if I wanted to hear anything and first thing that popped in my head was “PM Dawn!” but he didn’t have any I totally hafta find that disc to bring it next time I go.
