mishakOk so tonight at Ooze:
I now have a big time fetish for potatoes. Oh my.
At certain points during the night I found myself caustically cynical. But not for long, a minute and a half at most. Then laughing. Then wondering what have I done? Wait did I really say that out loud? Back home here, under a scalding hot shower, washing these stupid spikes out of my hair, I arrange thoughts into patterns I hadn’t seen before, and I wonder oh fuck what have I done, what have I made, what have I thrown away and what will I do with what I have left? It’s all so goddamn tragic and that’s all we really look for, because it makes for such a better story than anything else.
And that’s all we’re ever after, really. A good story.
