Some kids wacky Broadway nightmare.

mishakSwam 34 laps, of course I did them in 2-lap chunks, with liberal rest stops inbetween. I'm not too worried about making it across Walden Pond now that I've figured out how to float on my back and kick slow and lazy, I can swim all day like that and not get tired. Of course you can't see where you're going so I'd end up swimming in circles. In any case, I know the tough part will be avoiding panic when I imagine the bog monsters coming up from the depths to chomp my dangling limbs.
After the swimming I picked up Tatiana, went to Pyrric's place to pick up her copy of Once More With Feeling, we raided the deli case at Bread & Circus and headed back to my place for some musical Buffy action. My roommate was already watching Season 3, where The First makes Angel his bitch. After the merry Christmas ending we watched Once More With Feeling, and once more that insidious Buffy musical has saturated my brainmeat. I am, in fact, inviting all you hardcore Buffy fans to my house this Friday to watch the musical episode and, most importantly, sing along. It's like Karaoke Night at The Bronze. On the bill so far is Silas7 doing Sweet's Song, Spriggan sings Rest In Peace, Liza31337 and Dfan will do I'll Never Tell, and BadriyaZ does Life (Something To Sing About). I am insisting her husband join her for the Spike part of that song, hopefully I can also convince them to do the Walk Through The Fire reprise at the end, so we can get the big screen kiss. I leant Tatiana the soundtrack so she can practice for the full Walk Through The Fire, I'm hoping CouplingChaos and I get the Wish I Could Stay duet. As far as the whole singing thing goes, I know I have more enthusiasm than talent, but everyone will be too drunk to notice.
